The subject matter explored includes recovery skills; understanding people’s priorities; improving listening techniques; exploring and understanding the different elements of communication; navigating through colleague conflict; the root causes of conflict; the perspectives that can help manage conflict effectively; negative/positive outcomes of conflict; and the various conflict management styles.
