We all know that in Agile People has been emphasized more than process & tools and it is one of the major foundations to be successful in Agile. This is also mentioned in the Agile manifesto that:
“The best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams”
Self-organizing teams, as the name suggests, take
responsibility and manage their own tasks and don’t rely on a manger to tell
them what to do.
Now, have we ever think about how rare this dream
team to find? What effort is required to build a performing team? Creating a
self-organised team is not easy task and it takes reasonable time to build.
Here in this session, I will focus on how what
strategies we can take to build team in agile and will share some experiences.
